Standard Business Conditions and Professional Liability Insurance:

1. www.taxi-bartel.de is the Internetplattform of Manfred G. Bartel, offering taxi-services and guided tours. Contracts are made only between Manfred G. Bartel and the customer booking a tour or
   a taxi transfer. Tarifs, Terms and Conditions for taxi services are regulated in the Taxitarif und Taxiordnung issued by the city of Munich.

2. The tour fee for guided walks of the city up to 2 hours is € 135,00 and up to 3 hours € 155,00. The fee for district tours and theme guided walking tours up to 2 hours is € 135,00 and up to 3 hours € 155,00. The charge for each additional hour commenced is € 25,00. The group size is limited to 25 persons, unless agreed otherwise. VAT is not included in the fee.

3. The tour fee for sightseeing tours of up to 2 hours is € 135,00 and up to 3 hours € 155,00. The charge for each additional hour commenced is € 25,00. The Fee for full-day tours of up to 8 hours is € 300,.00. VAT is not included in the fee.

4. The fee for guided museum tours of up to 1,5 hours is € 140,00. The maximum group size is 15 persons. VAT is not included in the fee.

5. The fee for guided tours in connection with taxi transfers (Taxi Guide Tours) are due to the actual Terms and Conditions of www.taxi-guide-muenchen.de .

6. ll requests have to be sent by e-mail to info@taxi-bartel.de or by fax (+49(0)89 649 19 649 or using the internet request form on our homepage. Your booking is confirmed only after you have received a written confirmation.

7. Payment is made on the day of the tour directly in cash or with credit card on receipt of invoice. By agreement payment can also be made after receiving invoice.

8. Third party services (entrance charges, fares, etc. ) are not included in the tour guide fee.

9. Audio and video recordings are not permitted during the tour.

10. In case of cancellation of the order by the customer: For cancellation between 7 and 4 days prior to the agreed guided tour date the cancellation fee Is 50% of the agreed fee; for canellation in the 3 days prior to the guided tour date the entire agreed fee is charged. Cancellations must be done in writing.

11. If the group is late, the tour guide waits 30 minutes at the agreed meeting point. The duration of the guided tour is shortened accordingly. If the group fails to appear at the agreed place after 30 minutes, the tour guide is released of his obligation to conduct the tour. The agreed fee is due for payment.

12. Participation at the guided tours is at the group members own risk. The tour guide´s liability is Limited to gross negligence and intent and tot he amount oft he agreed tour guide fee; this does not Apply to loss or damage arising from injury to life, limb or health. The tour guide is not liable for Services rendered by and the negligence of third parties he arranges, such as restaurants, bus companies, etc.

13. Manfred G. Bartel is protected by a professional liability insurance by the Association of Tourist Guides in Germany (BVGD) More informations you will find under www.bvgd.org.

14. If the fulfilment of the contract is jeopardised, impaird or impossible because of force majeure, the tour guide can withdraw from the agreed tour or interrupt it. In such a case the customer´s claims against the tour guide are excuded an no tour Guide fee is owed. The agreed fee is owed pro rata temporis for the service already rendered.

15. If the tour guide is sick, he is entitled to withdraw from the tour. In such a case The customer´s claims against the tourist guide are excluded and no tour guide fee is owed. The tour guide will endeavour to arrange for another tour guide as replacement, but is not obliged to.

16. The contract is subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from And in connection with this contract is Munich.

17. These General Terms and Conditions are available in German and English. Each of these version is binding and valid.
